Email info@nakajabikes.co.ke with the subject Data deletion request, or contact Nakaja on 0729 595 077.
Include the name, phone number, email address, Messenger profile, WhatsApp number, or channel you used so we can find the right record. Do not send sensitive documents unless we ask for verification.
What Happens Next
- We confirm your request and may verify that you own the contact details connected to the record.
- We search website leads, callback requests, and Meta chat records controlled by Nakaja Bikes.
- We delete or anonymize matching records unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute reasons.
- We send confirmation once the request has been handled.
Messenger And WhatsApp Data
Nakaja can delete records stored in systems we control. Meta, WhatsApp, Messenger, mobile networks, and your own device may keep separate copies under their own policies. To remove data from those platforms, use the privacy or deletion tools inside the relevant app.
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete valid requests within 30 days where possible. Complex requests or verification issues may take longer.
